At Akhvi Home Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product is checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we’re here to help.

This policy explains the terms for Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return/replacement if:

✅ You received a damaged product
✅ You received a defective product
✅ You received a wrong item / wrong size / wrong design
✅ Missing item in the package (partial order)

Return request must be raised within:

🕒 48 hours of delivery (recommended for textile products)


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and product nature, we may not accept return for:

❌ Used or washed products
❌ Products without original packaging/tags
❌ Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
❌ Customized / made-to-order products
❌ Clearance / sale products (if mentioned as non-returnable)


3. Return/Replacement Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. WhatsApp or Email us within 48 hours
  2. Share:
    1. Order ID
    1. Product photos / video (clear proof)

A continuous unpacking video is mandatory for all claims related to defective or incorrect products.
   The video must:
•    Be recorded without cuts or edits 
•    Clearly show the sealed package being opened 
•    Clearly display the defect 
( Failure to provide valid video proof may result in rejection of the request)

✅ After verification, we will approve return/replacement.


4. Replacement Policy

We prefer replacement for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Wrong items

Once approved, we will:

✅ Arrange pickup (if available) OR
✅ Ask customer to courier back (in some cases)

Replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days after product verification.


5. Refund Policy

Refund will be issued if:

✅ Replacement is not available
✅ Product is returned and verified.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company will conduct a quality inspection. If the product passes inspection then only the refund will be provided.  Otherwise if any damage done physically by the customers to return the product then amount will be deducted depends on damage done or sometimes no refund will be provided if that product is not in the condition for resell.


✅ Order canceled before shipping

Refund Method:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
    • UPI / Card / Netbanking / Wallet

Refund Timeline:

⏳ Refund will be processed in 5–10 business days after approval.

Note: Bank processing may take additional time depending on the payment provider.


6. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are required to return the product through a courier service at their own cost.

After return the product the customer must share the tracking id with the below contact details:

 The Company shall not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments during return transit.


7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only if it is not yet shipped.

✅ Cancellation allowed before dispatch
❌ Cancellation not possible once shipped

To cancel, contact us quickly with Order ID.


8. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is approved:

✅ Refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days
Refund will be credited through the original payment method


9. Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
