    • courier partner delays
    • natural calamities
    • strikes, lockdowns
    • incorrect address provided by customer

8. Free Shipping / Offers

If we provide free shipping offers (example: “Free Shipping above ₹3000”), it will be applied based on the conditions mentioned on the website.

Offers can be changed or stopped anytime without prior notice.

9. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only if they are not yet shipped.
  2. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  3. To cancel, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
